Our cashier at the deli was very nice and helpful also. There are so many dealers, bartenders and waitressthat do an amazing job there and we appreciate them. Maybe Blue Chip should provide better wagesand benefits to staff the casino properly. It's easy to blame COVID for staffing shortages but How can BlueChip think this is acceptable? This isn't the first time our food sucked !! Why is Blue Chipproviding such horrible food and service? The food at the sports bar is a hit or miss also.but mostly a miss. It might sound goofy complaining about chickentenders, but i am tired of Blue Chip not caring about its guests.
Thestaff were all in the hallway laughing and talking instead of doing their jobs.
They forgot the fries and said they were going to make us fresh ones, and then handed us a bag with coldfries.Ģ customers were served that came after us, so I tried getting the attention of the staff to ask about our order.
